Building Stronger Minds Through Sport

 

Partnered with Nebraska Elite at UBT Sports Complex to host $10 drop-in volleyball nights that bring competitive play and community together. These events directly support mental health initiatives while creating structured spaces for connection, stress relief, and healthy competition.

This is about more than volleyball. It is about building environments where people can regulate, connect, compete, and leave better than they came. 

Our goal is to host competitive volleyball tournaments that elevate the level of play while intentionally supporting mental health initiatives. Through structured, high-quality events, we aim to build community, promote resilience, and use sport as a platform to raise awareness and invest in mental well-being. Our long-term vision includes hosting a elite tournament with a $10,000 prize pool, demonstrating both competitive excellence and meaningful impact.

Sports, movement, and athletics have always been foundational to my own mental health. As someone who lives an active lifestyle, I understand firsthand how competition, physical exertion, and structured training regulate stress, sharpen focus, and build resilience. Movement has consistently been one of the most reliable ways I process emotion, manage anxiety, and reconnect with clarity.

Because of that personal experience, I deeply value creating athletic spaces that are not just about performance, but about psychological strength, community, and overall well-being.
