Building Stronger Minds Through Sport

Partnered with Nebraska Elite at UBT Sports Complex, Dopamine Spike hosts Drop-in Volleyball nights that combine competitive play with community and mental wellness. These events create structured spaces for connection, stress relief, and high-level competition.
This is more than volleyball. It is about building environments where people can regulate, connect, compete, and leave better than they came.
Dopamine Spike Volleyball, based in Omaha, Nebraska, was built on the idea that sport can drive both performance and well-being. The name reflects the energy and reward that come from movement, competition, and connection.
What started as local drop-ins has grown into structured tournaments at UBT Sports Complex in Elkhorn, Nebraska, designed for adults seeking higher-level play outside traditional leagues. Each event is intentionally designed to elevate competition while supporting mental health.
Our vision is to host elite-level tournaments with a $10,000 prize pool, setting a new standard for competitive volleyball and meaningful impact.

Personal Statment

Sports, movement, and athletics have always been foundational to my own mental health. As someone who lives an active lifestyle, I understand firsthand how competition, physical exertion, and structured training regulate stress, sharpen focus, and build resilience. Movement has consistently been one of the most reliable ways I process emotion, manage anxiety, and reconnect with clarity.
Because of that personal experience, I deeply value creating athletic spaces that are not just about performance, but about psychological strength, community, and overall well-being.
